Food may be served at events in VEC rooms but the person making the room reservation in 25Live is responsible for ensuring the room is in clean, working condition at the conclusion of the event. The person reserving the room is responsible for reporting any damage to the room or its equipment at columbiaps.uservoice.com. Charges for repairing any damaged equipment or cleaning messes left behind will be billed to the person making the room reservation.
