How do I cancel my request?

You can cancel your room request by submitting a ticket at columbiaps.uservoice.com. These requests will be reviewed and approved by the VEC Classroom Coordinator.

Cancellations should be made as far in advance as possible. Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days in advance for spaces (including combined classrooms) that seat 30 or fewer people. Cancellations must be made at least 14 business days in advance for spaces (including combined classrooms) that seat more than 30 people (including the auditorium, the anatomy lab, the 4th floor multipurpose room, and the terrace) and all SIM Center space. Users that cancel space without adequate notification or do not use reserved space will have their room reservation privileges reviewed by P&S administration.
