OASIS: View/Download a grade report

- Via Course>Gradebook
Navigate to the correct Year and course in OASIS.
1. Via Course roster
Use the filters at the top of the page to select the time period and number of start dates you'd like to view/download. For example, I would like to see grades for block 5 onward, therefore i will select the start date for block 4 from the drop down menu, and then enter "4" in number of start dates field to display the block dates that follow (blocks 5-8), Click "Refresh List" to display on screen, then if you chose to download in excel, click "download roster on this page"
2. Via Course>Gradebook
Navigate to the gradebook and use the filters at the top of this screen to select the start dates+ location to include in your view. To select multiple from the list, Hold the 'ctrl' (on PC) or 'command' on Mac. This will filter your view on screen. If you choose, you can click 'Print Gradebook for selected timetables' or 'export' to download the data externally.
