Dropping a grid to change student level

OASIS will prevent you from changing a student's level if they have a "grid".  Grids are used for MCY scheduling.  If you are not processing a COS (change of status), but still need to edit a student's level you can do so from the USER menu: 

Users > Withdraw a student> 

 #4 - Which courses should be removed? 'NONE'

#7 - Remove the student from the grid?  'YES'
